Just staying, windows and typical Desktop Linux distributions have also the opportunity to just c/p the WiFi password. If you need secure wifi access then switch to device based authentication. Otherwise its is insecure by design.

Unfortunately you can't fix it easily because some of the service.libreelec.settings files are .pyo(python optimized) and you can't edit them.

just try a recent build, the current build has this fix already included

you need to create a config at your userfiles directory, afterwards the addon should work, no need for docker
from windows explorer its (change to your ip) \\192.168.xxx.xxx\Userdata\addon_data\service.mpd
no need to write anything to the read only part of LE for it -
Regarding the addon repositories, the default Libreelec repository can't be loaded.
you are using an too old version

It takes my TV 15 seconds to appear to exist to my RPi4. Every time I start my system, I need to walk over and power cycle the RPi.
maybe generate an EDID of your tv and use that ?
So the RPI always expect the TV defined at the edid.

you have the generic (x86) version of the addons but you need the arm version

I see debug.txt_2020-10-27_05.47.15.txt - did you enabled debug logging ? beware this could fill up your storage rather quickly
Otherwise I have not really a idea what is going on.
Maybe try to nuke all epg related stuff from the settings dir and populate the epg again (make backups !!!!) - disable tvh at addons, nuke, enable again.
A other thing that could happen that you hit some bug that might be fixed at the current master version of Tvheadend.
You could try a master build from Tvheadend nightly builds for LibreELEC and see what happens.
Make backup of your userdata folder with all your Tvheadend settings ! There is no Tvh downgrade possible otherwise !
