we have now Tvheadend 4.3 at our repository so you should remove all tvheadend server first (make backup of userdata folder) and install Tvh 4.3

you could enable the debuglog (see addon settings) for transcoding themed options
maybe something interesting pops up

ugly workaround would be to bind mount the location to somewhere
Codemount --bind /whatever /etc/somethingcurrently we patching the path while building Tvheadend
sadly the whole dtv scanning table situation is clusterfuck, the upstream is not really upstream because 99% of the users (inlc me) cant fix there anything and the downstreams (tvh + crazycat) are at whole different states
btw I am interested in adding nextpvr as LE addon, I would shaemless ping you if I have something if you like ?

are you executing that in the shell or at Tvheadend ?
pls also try ffmpegx from the ffmpeg-tools addon,
problem is that even with the simplest of commands with just copy and no transcoding...stream just stop
that should work, maybe some other limitation ? have a look what df -h and free -m shows and maybe some path/ram run full

I suspect you use Tvheadend ?
current path for those files is at
/storage/.kodi/addons/service.tvheadend42/dvb-scan
or
/storage/.kodi/addons/service.tvheadend43/dvb-scan
but beware it gets overwritten at every update, Tvheadend has this path set while compiling

I know ppl had it working at RPi3 and Tvh, so it may be a problem at the cmd you are using.
Nothing obviouse if you ask me. I would cut down the commandline as much as possible, maybe some command combination creates problems.

can you try the latest nightly from test.libreelec.tv and activate the "latest drivers" at the dvb-addon ?
maybe it is fixed already

LE10 Generic has now support for TBS again
RPi/RK/AW could be build with it too but I may create problems at playback, maybe not - we are not sure yet

what RPi are you using ?
just saying there is no HW encoding at LE10 yet

can you post the exact rom you are using ? works for me (at Win10) with some random roms
