Does this mean we’ll see LE11 HDR testbuilds for generic (Intel) versions soon too?
no, sadly not
HDR works already for generic but the is still work to be done to get it in a properly usable shape
Lucky?
yes, as soon chrome needs a new lib that we don't ship (or wrong version) it fails to load, we saw that already several times
Any idea why buildserver won't work with addon?
we never found the reason of it, a renew of the buildserver is scheduled so I hope it get fixed due that
is planned to be in LE10 ?
it is planed for LE10, 10.0.2 should have it
just saying, the N2 has no working "upstream" support at the kernel so you are bound to some old factory kernel with uncertain future
I saw those but thought LE11 was Kodi 20
that are K20 builds, we have no up to date RPi2/3 builds for LE10
An popular example is the Tanix TX6 (Allwinner H6) has proper support and works well. WLAN/BT are likely not the best (or not supported at all) at any of these "TV Boxes".
Hopefully this works for you.
this works as long chrome don't need any new lib or some lib version updated, it would be easy to implement an "updater" but that would result a fair chance that chrome is broken after update
sadly our buildserver can't compile the chrome addon for some reason, so someone (me) needs to manually build and ship it - thats why it takes a lot longer then usual
updated now
do you still try to path through your igpu ?
thats the way it should work, maybe a broken build, maybe a broken download, maybe a different problem
you can replace the SYSTEM and KERNEL file at your harddrive manually and it should boot again
from a quick glance its just around 7mb, I linked a POC at the pr
You can't path through your igpu because the gpu is blocked/used from your base system
Pls make sure you have at least proxmox 7 or 7.1, there were a lot fixes for the VMs.
At least the software rendering should work. The VNC works at VM level so has nothing todo with the OS (I guess).
You can try to change the PC type to q35 or i440fx.
i got that USB Grabber because the internal Grabber from Hyperion doesnt work anymore and that worked really well.
ah I autopiloted to the usual hyperion intern grabber doesn't work anymore
Hyperion itself is just working with legacy "renderers" (LE10) so grabbing the picture is completely broken for everything at LE11 till Hyperion supports something else (same for other up to date distributions too). Everything is switching away from the legacy renderes at Linux so likewise there needs some movement soon or Hyperion just won't work anymore.
my last info to it told that it won't work properly because VBox missing drivers at Linux
you can use VMare Player for example
