Could you install the local oscam n any other "pc" or something ? It is hard to tell where the problem is if tvh and oscam are at the "problematic" device.
Btw Tvheadend is able to connect to cccam servers without oscam!

I test it with TVHeadend 4.1-2126 (4.1-2126-18.06.2016)This versions didn't have the bugfix in (we changed the decryption libary - they make maybe problems).
Pls try the provided tvh if this work. -

I'm not sure that the Tvh 4.2 has the fix (a bit too long where I made this fix) there the TvH 4.0 have it for sure.
I'm not sure that this works - but most likely this is the curlpit. -

locked on a wrong network Id the default starting value the one are working have a 61441 value,this needs to be an Tvh "error" then I believe O_o

any idea if OMV can be the better optionit is all about the driver which is in the kernel - there is no special driver for it - if the latest that is included in the latest kernel doesn't work we are out of luck

Should I try VDR instead of tvheadend, can this make any difference?not really - i`ll do a new build today/tomorrow with the latest dvb drivers maybe they work better (don't bet on it)

It would be great being able to have the native Satellite tuner + a USB TBS tuner with my Wetek PlayTo achieve this we need an working media_build for the amlogic kernel - sadly nobody got this working btw nobody shared the sources who go this working.
