could you switch to local picons and then provide the tvh service.log from the addon/user_datat/service.tvheadend42/ folder ?
Never seen such an error since 4.0 
Btw after you change your settings you have to click the reset icon from here !?

Things you should know:
1. there is a lot trouble involved if you use imagecache pls don't use it for local stuff (deactivate and clean)
2. Tvheadend 4.0 has a few bugs at this areaThe simplest way to make it work:
- install Tvh 4.2 from addons (update from 4.0->4.2 will not work)
- copy your picons to the networkshare /Picons (snp to the vdr, srp to the tvh folder), reboot, readyIf you are unsure what you need downloads -> srp-full.220x132-220x132.light.on.transparent_DATE.hardlink.tar.xz or/and snp-full.220x132-220x132.light.on.transparent_DATE.hardlink.tar.xz (you could use both at the same time)
The Picons downloader is not yet implemented due major bugs in Kodi add-on system which prevent this

I have another oscam version r11209 on windows with exactly the same config that works without any problems but for some reason the libreelec version consistently fails to descramble.So oscam at LE fails to descramble if I understand you right ?! (sry for late response - I was at vacation)
The problem is I can't check this at my side so your help is nessesary. The last test was interuppted due no feedback. I would make some test builds and you could check this ?
Btw which Platform/Architecture are you using ? for example 8.0 generic or ... -

Is it possible to install latest unestable version of tvheadend? Just to know if I have to wait for a new build also if I want to update tvheadendbuild.mycvh.de - last tvh versions have some problem with sat>ip server (instant crash)

I would deactivate plugins till it won't happen again - most likely some plugin runs wild.
Maybe check first if it happen with the defaul skin too !

usb 2-1: dvb_usb_v2: found a 'DVBSky S960/S860' in warm state
kernel thinks card is here and everything is okaystart LE, disable tvheadend, wait some sec, activate tvheadend - card should be there i think ?!
if so activate wait for dvb card in the tvh addon settings -
is this usb TechniSat SkyStar USB 2 included your work ?I'm not sure - also I don't provide images for S805 - but if you post a dmesg | pastebinit i can maybe help

you have continuity errors which should not happen
- try diffrent usb port
- check your connectiontry to record something without playing and check in the tvh gui if there are continuity errors at status - if so something bad happens between USB and your card
I can only suspekt driver bug, usb problem or cable connection not good. -

you can just upload a log*.zip fromn you networkshare/logfiles (there are all logs included)
