could you post a screenshot from
Configuration -> DVB Inputs -> TV Adapters
and from the options set to the WinFast PxDVR3200 ?
but received the error
PROJECT=RPi DEVICE=RPi2 ARCH=arm make image is it for master
PROJECT=RPi2 ARCH=arm make image is it for le8.0
I did tried with git clone + the url but that doesnt works
git clone https://github.com/CvH/LibreELEC.tv.git LE-CvH
git checkout temp_mb-haup
PROJECT=RPi2 ARCH=arm make image <- for RPi2 and LE8
add hauppauge patch · CvH/LibreELEC.tv@6f53d92 · GitHub
^^^ absolutely not build tested, added all patches to media build
Just for clarification, we use currently (LE8) CrazyCats fork of the TBS drivers - so any TBS card just "just work" ot of the box.
you need to add it in media_build,
add hauppauge patch · CvH/LibreELEC.tv@b004b53 · GitHub
^^^^ not build tested but could work (if it apply the patch correctly)
but hopefully that happens in time for 4.12
media_tree for 4.12 is already finished, I guess also too late for 4.13
we are using 4.12 in the next release so the patch needs to fit there,
0001-em28xx-Hauppauge-DualHD-DVB-ATSC-second-tuner-suppor.patch is enough to make it work ?
if you have something what works pls ping me to include it in official rls, tx
could you check with an different stick if it is working at all ?
DVB-T offers a lot room of errors and mistakes
it could be the stick, it could be that you have no reception at all - hard to judge from logs
to be honest I would try it at Windows with Dvbviewer if it works there, if not we can rule out that it is a driver problem at linux
the stick could have problems with these frequencies (from hw side) - not to sure if this is fixable at all
They can be broken but is very strange.
like said unlikely, i would bet at not that good reception -> try a better position or a better antenna
Working!
crazycat GitHub - tbsdtv/linux_media: TBS linux open source drivers works
GitHub - crazycat69/linux_media: TBS linux open source drivers does not work
any ideas for what to look ?
hmm maybe antenna (reception is too worse)? maybe the stick is faulty ?
unlikely that all drivers fail (not ruled out of course)
strange video, looks like an bad analog -> digital transcode and then even 4:3 O_o
(plays in Potplayer like usual)
I'd like to watch german dvb-t2 TV on my raspberry 2
RPi2/3 is too slow for german DVB-T2 channels that are using HEVC(H265) instead of the old H264.
tuning on Realtek RTL2832 (DVB-T)
this is an DVB-T1 stick that supports no DVB-T2 at all (at least google tells me)
but it doesn't show any channel
but you know that it is ONLY DVB-T1 device and not T2 - afaik there is not much in DVB-T1 to see anymore ?
