ADDITIONAL_DRIVERS="$ADDITIONAL_DRIVERS" -> ADDITIONAL_DRIVERS="$ADDITIONAL_DRIVERS media_build"

!!! SAMBA UPDATE – IMPORTANT !!!
at the article.
Due the global disabling (huge security risk) of the very very old Samba 1 protocol at Windows 8/10 some changes were necessary. Just to be clear, this won't be changed back to old behaviour in future LE versions!
could someone recap what is needed additional to this pr to make it work ?
pls update to 8.1/2
due the latest samba updates (samba is the windows network sharing) 8.0.x can't handle newer samba versions that are allowed at Win10
i dont remember what is the difference
could you test if script.moonlight-8.2.107-v2.zip still works ?
I was trying v3 and well, it way much better than was
did you v2 as well ? did it worked like v3 ?
hdkiller pls try script.moonlight-8.2.107.zip at the folder ^^^^
this should work
would pr moonlight: update addon · CvH/LibreELEC.tv@ea610ed · GitHub if it works
basically no, if your machine can't handle 64bit, it is very likely it isn't a great "video player"
an Pentium 4 may be able to play xvid and mpeg2 - nothing else
Index of /addons/8.2/moonlight/RPi2/
pls try if v2 and/or v3 works
IMX is build without media_build support and has only the drivers his old kernel support - no idea if this change at all.
Here is the dmesg:
hrgs, I think the 8.1.0 image I made with DD drivers worked ?
Btw you could use "Latest Kernel Driver" this should work too.
I think the DD drivers are somehow wrongly build, have to investigate.
We have also WSC-Connect support that "kind of" replaces tapatalk.
I have some addon too and could pack it into an separate addon - but I need someone who can test it actually.
have never had any problems on any of my Virtual Machines.
what kernel does your host machine has ?
