If you have some progress just report, maybe we could use it in some way

You don't need the mysql-server to run on the box itself
yea then you still need some second box that runs the db - so nothing to include for the masses
Build - dir was freshly checked out two days ago and the vanilla image built fine.
then you are at the wrong branch, current Krypton is 8.2
-
first off I would try to use current master instead of legacy LE 8.0 - there is also VDR 2.3.8 at current master (error sounds like some messed up build dir)
I tried to include that plugin as well but you need an full blown mysql db server for that - there is no sqlite or similar supported. So you need to add an mysql daemon too. So the whole package (with its dependencies) is such an mess I dropped the idea to include that.
Not that helpful advice, if you need an proper Webui use Tvheadend instead

For around $ 150 you can buy a mini ITX board
you could buy an complete NUC for ~100-110€ (+ RAM + SSD) ...
the RockPro64 with similar Specs is just ~60-70$ no idea why Odroid sells it that expensive

Ubuntu 16.04 works, Ubuntu 17.10/18.04 is only working with LE9/master.
-
sadly not, you have to install it via the Kodi ui
-
Browser: Kodi
Version: 17
System: Linux
Name: Kodi
? not sure but worked last time
-
Maybe installing those libs and tools can solve your problem?
that implies that he is using an 32bit os/system to build LE that is likely not working
-
how to clean cache ? remove all files in cache directory ?
yes, just rm -rf the .ccache folder
-
just clean your ccache then it should work again, this is a known problem
LE/build-platform...-devel/.ccache/
-edit- do you build at 32bit host system ?
-
instead of cp try using /usr/bin/cp or /usr/bin/mv
-
This won't work, you need an full featured ffmpeg binary that is not available at LE.
Temp workaround, install Emby Server addon, it has an ffmpegx that could be used for piping.
pipe:///storage/.kodi/addons/service.emby/bin/ffmpegx
An ffmpeg "addon" is at work for LE9.

Any ideas what I have to change here?
with latest software update you have an nice ui for that

As adding vers=2.1 did not help
if your NAS is old crap or misconfigured vers=1.0 might work
-
btw additional to what Aroosha stated, Mounting network shares [LibreELEC.wiki] covers exactly that use case
depending at the NAS it could be necessary to add vers=2.1 to the options line like described at the wiki article
-
The build system ensures that only new stuff gets rebuilt.
depends on the change, several packages that are at the toolchain require an make clean (basically everything? that is at the toolchain package)
-
As long he doesn't report back I have basically no idea whats up
I nag him again.
If a patch pops up I can create you can temp image - no problem.

Blu-ray [LibreELEC.wiki] might help
(or slightly more updated here UHD & Blu-ray Database / KEYDB.cfg - Doom9's Forum)
