oh that should not happen
Looks like the shell interpreter is broken somehow guess forum sws fault (i think) - I try to open an issue there, tx for reporting.

just to be clear, no backport is planed as likely your working setup could need some changes at the config
oh, I guess I know whats happen, we fixed that for LE9 but never tested and backported it to LE8.2
we made a really big rework of the addon (buildwise) that "everything" should work now, with LE9/Milhousebuilds
htop is now present.
realising that I forgot to add htop etc to the description at the list, upps
it is likely due that addons.libreelec.tv seems unavailable
you can manually download in the meanwhile (see 2nd post)
Installed as directed.
I uploaded a new version, maybe it works (already spotted a problem but not sure its relevant).

and not in LE 8.2.4
as the current 9.0 version is also not really working there is no need to push it to 8.2 either
It always takes a while for the drivers to become available
afaik the J4105 etc should work with current milhouse builds - they backported the necessary stuff to 4.14 it seems
I got one of these and it worked out of the box on my RPi3.
thats just DVB-T1 not T2
for russia the Geniatech T230 - LinuxTVWiki T230 + T230C is rather popular - both are supported, but have a look for correct version, there are different versions out there too that may not be supported
Resolved the issue by forcing libreelec to run moonlight.sh DELAYED on boot & with the above change to moonlight.sh.
could you try this service.moonlight-9.0.109.zip
(generic)
I looked into the script and had no idea why it doesn't load the systemd file, just hacked around and changed from script.moonlight to service.moonlight.
Pls delete the old addon completely, reboot, then install the plugin from above. Maybe it works.
could you post the log ?
yes the kodi scripts looks broken Script doesn't work · Issue #60 · dead/script.moonlight · GitHub
the moonlight binary does not use the moonlight.sh if started from shell - as long the script is broken not much I/we can do
What would you recommend for the DVB-T2 tuner for the S905x?
The xbox stick is supported there too, if you need an perfect 100% working solution you need some Sundtek stick.

meh spotted an major issue (library had wrong name) updated addons for LE9 Generic and RPi2/3 ^^^^^^
and can this - h.265/hevc?
The stick only provides the raw stream to the Client regardless what codec is used. So if you client can handle HEVC it works.
Beware !! the stick is reported general good working at DVB-T2 but not that good for DVB-C - its a ~10€ Stick from Amazon - not too much could go wrong
not that i am aware off, but you could add an notification at website changes
Website checker, website change detection, monitoring and alerts
maybe ? (ofc you get notification at every other news too)
