I try to update the manual update script to net core this evening. I post here that you can test it.

No problem, if it works it works

Is the next step to paste these commands in to some config files
like said it has to work with the procedure above
btw rc_hauppauge si2157 si2168 are DVB related modules - might be needed to add them too

could you edit /storage/.kodi/addons/browser.chrome/bin/chrome-start
and delete/outcomment LibreELEC.tv/chrome-start at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
then try again - I suspect that pulseaudio is not stopped correctly
-
try
lsmod | paste <- keep
unload
systemctl stop service.tvheadend42
modprobe -r em28xx_rc
modprobe -r em28xx_dvb
modprobe -r em28xx
this should work without any errors, if so your device should be unloaded correctly
check with lsmod | paste (maybe post here)
load again
modprobe em28xx
modprobe em28xx_dvb
modprobe em28xx_rc
systemctl start service.tvheadend42
check with lsmod | paste and compare it with the first lsmod before the unload process - they have to be identical
Difficult to do from remote because if you unload em28xx_rc it maybe unloads automatically em28xx_dvb or vice versa, after you hit some error pls do an reboot to create an clean setup again.

I try a mail, we already try around at geniatech to get some sample but due there company structure it is rather difficult to get something.
Even worse none of us has any hardware to test. Maybe I get some kind of helpful reply.

If someone needs an up to date pvr addon have a look here http://cvh.libreelec.tv/addons/9.0/pvr/rockchip/

hmm something is fishy, the patches are for the media_build not for the kernel so they should work as long you have still the version that we use at LE8.2
you can ofc just disable every patch we have there and do an testrun if it is working
-
should this be RPi?
yea, it just includes an RPi specific driver - no problem
patch -s -f -N -p1 -i ../backports/linux-052-XBOX_remote_support.patch
1 out of 1 hunk FAILEDjust disable it at LibreELEC.tv/media_build-02-add-to-backports.patch at libreelec-8.2 · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub with adding an #
+#add linux-052-XBOX_remote_support.patch

LibreELEC.tv/package.mk at dvb-drivers · CvH/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
outdated but you may get the idea, basically its the same as the current (LE 8.2) crazycat package
-
Could you try an LE9 Milhouse build if the same problem persists? Maybe it was already fixed.
-
nice
if you have something working pls don't be shy and add it, I guess some ppl would like to see it - also doing an LE addon (I can do it if there is something for usage) would be great !

feedback for test build LibreELEC-RK3328.arm-9.0-devel-box-trn9.img
