If you don't need WiFi, disable it on LE's settings.

If you have specific Ethernet settings for LE on your router, check them.

This message appears several times, and indicates a bad CEC connection. Try a different HDMI cable.

^ Have you selected the right audio stream? .. it looks like the Portugese audio is stereo, and English is 5.1.

Use the gear icon on the playback bar to check it.

If you have a good cooling system, then tweaks are worth to try.

It's possible that LE is trying to send a better audio stream, compared to the Apple TV stream. As a result, the HDMI data rate is eventually too high for the AVR. 4K@60Hz is already a lot of data.

If it's an HDMI handshake issue, it should be visible in the log.

I'm still thinking it's an LE bug, as mentioned in post #14.

Because nobody else cares, try to compile your own LE, and fix that bug. We have basic instructions here: Click!

Hmm, I'm using RPi3B+ with Panasonic TV, and CEC initialization works as always. Please provide a log after CEC has been initialized.

Upgrading from LE 9.x to LE 10+ needs an installation from scratch did you do that?

Super cheap also means super cheap software, and no chance to install other OS's. Something under 50$ should be OK.

Then your AVR or the HDMI cable is the problem. Most 4K material (not the demo) doesn't provide 60Hz at 4K, so you can ignore this for use-case scenarios.

The HDMI cable should be conform to HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 to play 4K.

We don't know that. HDMI negotiation is first, selecting a codec for the resulting connection is second.
