HDR can't work on Generic Legacy, because Xorg doesn't support it. No need for a test.

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I have been having sporadic problems playing videos for a few months now.

During playback, the playback suddenly freezes. Kodi briefly shows buffering, but it stops and does not continue. Picture and sound are frozen and after a short time the playback is stopped and you end up back in the selection menu of the movies/series you were watching.

It doesn't matter whether the content is SD, HD or 4k.
Sometimes it runs flawlessly for hours until the error mentioned above…

Thx. There are a couple of cache settings for network access. I think it's worth to play with them (see post #8).

1. activate log level 1 by creating an advancedsettings.xml file
2. reboot
3. when the error appears, upload the log (by GUI, or by pastekodi command on SSH), and post the resulting URL

Not booting without Keyboard attached

New to this, love how easy this setup was, even for a novice like myself. I have an older Intel NUC "DC3217IYE" that I have configured to run an autoexec auto play loop script for a media unit I am using at my shop TV on a wall. It works perfectly that way!

However, I would LOVE if it did not require a keyboard hooked up on first boot up. I tested my setup if there was a power failure and was hoping it would fire right back up. It didn't, and hung forever right before the LibreELEC splash…
