last (working (6th) boot)
The faulty log has exactly one error:
CodeFeb 27 18:26:05 LibreELEC kernel: musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.6.auto: VBUS_ERROR in a_idle (80, <SessEnd), retry #0, port1 00000104So try without USB devices.

is this setting persistent or just for one boot? (i ask to know if i have to apply the delay more times to test several boots)
It's persistent for any boot. Of course you can remove or edit the timing by using the nano editor on SSH:
-
how can i delay the boot?
Login by SSH, and apply the commands at post #10.
...could it be "wait and/or add more time waitting network" settings option?
Waiting for network connection is something else. ATM we don't need that.

Should be similar to our showcase.

So DRM (Direct Rendering Manager) crashes. Do this on SSH:

You can attach log files to your posts, but uploading to a server is even better.
This could be the cause:
Code2024-04-09 21:30:42.311 T:1065 error <general>: CDRMAtomic::DrmAtomicCommit - test commit failed: (Invalid argument) - falling back to last successful atomic request 2024-04-09 21:30:42.312 T:1065 debug <general>: CDRMAtomicRequest::LogAtomicDiff - DRM Atomic Request Diff: 2024-04-09 21:30:42.312 T:1065 error <general>: 2024-04-09 21:30:42.312 T:1065 error <general>: CDRMAtomic::DrmAtomicCommit - atomic commit failed: Invalid argument -
Upload as attachment then.

Does not benefit hardware accelerated video decoding?
It accelerates transmission between DRM and MMU. So it's independent of hardware acceleration.

DeShizz To my knowledge, there is one box with a DV license, and CoreELEC works on it. Go to their forum for details.

Please provide a full debug log.How to post a log (wiki)1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging2. Restart Kodi3. Replicate the problem4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)
use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link -

You don't want to use the FFmpeg patch, because the resulting DSD-over-PCM would reduce audio quality. That means, you can't use HDMI. Kodi doesn't support native DSD over HDMI.
You need a digital USB audio interface (S/PDIF), or a HiFiBerry Digi2 Pro. The latter is known to work, so I suggest that.
Of course you need an AVR with S/PDIF and DSD support. If you own all those puzzle pieces, MPD should do the trick.

I bet something is wrong with EDID.
First try this from SSH, with AVR / TV connected:
If it doesn't work, do the same, but only with the TV connected. Then go back to the AVR / TV setup, and it should still work.

Start autostart.sh from SSH, and post the result. Eventually you have to make it executable first: chmod +x autostart.sh.

Are there any hardware reccommendations or specs that I should look out for when choosing a PC stick for use with LibreElec?
No. Buy an Amazon Fire stick, and install Kodi. Easiest solution.
