Maybe it's enough to create EDID, only with the TV plugged in. Plug in the AVR afterwards.

Often an HDMI firmware update is needed to fix HDMI / audio bugs. I don't think this can be done from BIOS.
-
I suggest both. Create an USB stick with Windows to be able to do firmware updates. Then install LE on-board.

Can you play flawless internet radio on RPi OS? I'm asking to rule out network or HiFiBerry driver issues.
I had a conversation with our Linux audio guru HiassofT . He suggested to make a clean installation on another microSD, just with a minimal amount of add-ons. If the issue persists, post another log from that system.
I think the following is weird, but don't know whether it's relevant:
-
LibreELEC:~ # getedid create
More than a single device connected. Probably enable "Disable all other monitors" at Kodi settings. Aborting!I think that explains your problem. Is your AVR connected to a display somehow? In that case, the AVR would be recognized as another display option, which leads to confusion.
-
Ok I'll do that, and then I reboot with the two HDMI cables plugged in ?
Do this with your active (TV and AVR turned on) target setup. Reboot with the same setup.

what is Generic-legacy?
It's a variant of our Generic branch for X86 hardware. Download here.

It seems that nothing changes.. I don't understand anything anymore
Yep, ALSA device list stays the same when you switch cables. To fix this, update your EDID from SSH:

Good analysis! The Librespot add-on still creates warnings, and probably affects other add-ons, even when not in use.
Remove that add-on for another test.

last (working (6th) boot)
The faulty log has exactly one error:
CodeFeb 27 18:26:05 LibreELEC kernel: musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.6.auto: VBUS_ERROR in a_idle (80, <SessEnd), retry #0, port1 00000104So try without USB devices.

is this setting persistent or just for one boot? (i ask to know if i have to apply the delay more times to test several boots)
It's persistent for any boot. Of course you can remove or edit the timing by using the nano editor on SSH:
-
how can i delay the boot?
Login by SSH, and apply the commands at post #10.
...could it be "wait and/or add more time waitting network" settings option?
Waiting for network connection is something else. ATM we don't need that.

Should be similar to our showcase.

You can attach log files to your posts, but uploading to a server is even better.
This could be the cause:
