I've noticed 2 issues:
1) Bluetooth not working yet. When I tried - I could not get into BT parameters screen (once I highlighted BT in Libreelec settings - the parameters window was empty, and also I could not exit the screen.
2) Netflix doesn't work, cannot be installed
On a good note:
1) FLAC music finally works
2) Does not crash when watching TV

how about deinterlacing?
Is it working?
Can you change deinterlace settings in osd?
The option to change it is still inactive (greyed out), but picture quality increased visibly, especially at dynamic scenes - like if something was enabled by default.
I've just tried the build from 09-Sep-2018 on my Rock64 - and WOW! Tvheadend finally works, both for SD and HD channels 
Also 4K seems to work, although I have only one channel to test it with.
One thing I have noticed - the board often does not boot from your images unless I take SD card to my macbook and run FirstAid tool.

Thanks for the image. I tested it again with Tvheadend (latest version I've found at repository) and there are not too many changes from my perspective - the HD TV starts playing, but again freezing after a few moments on my Rock64 2GB board. Maybe there is a special version of TVHeadend, or specific settings required?

Not usable with TVHeadend yet... SD content plays fine with HW acceleration, but HD content really struggles, and the device reboots itself after a couple of seconds.

It does. However, not very stable - when switching channels Kodi sometimes shuts down HDMI output, then you need to power-off/on the TV to wake it up.
Get a Rock64 Development board
Rock46 hardware specs are okay, just you should be very patient if you decide to order it. If you are lucky, you'll get the board within 2 months.

Another problem I've noticed with this build is no AC3 or DTS multichannel audio output via HDMI - audio seems to be always converted to stereo, despite of setting in KODI.

Well, most of the time. I've noticed that if I switch to radio and then back to TV - the HDMI output goes dead after a while (uncontrolled screen saver)? It is not a complete crash as the audio still works (if connected via analog output).
