    Thanks for your quick answer.

I have successfully reformatted (long format, overwrite) the SD card.

    I have run SD creator.

And the result is the same at boot time : "Resizing FAT partition" for 15 minutes.

If the SD card is corrupted, it has not been detected during the formatting process...

    Thank you for your answers.

The resizing process lasts 20 minutes !

It ends up with the following messages :

    "...

    recovery application crashed

    starting shell;

can't access tty; job control turned off"

The micro SD card SanDisk 16 Go, sold by the Pi Hut, along with the Pi3, should meet the speed requirements...

It's maybe corrupted. I'm going to buy another micro SD card 16 Go.

    Hello,

I have successfully installed Kodi on Raspberry Pi 3, twice last year.

Recently, I have bought a RPi 3 with LibreELEC pre-installed on a SD card, from The Pi Hut.

When I have booted the RPi 3, the raspberry icon was displayed on a white background with the message "resizing FAT partition" and nothing happened.

I tried to recreate the SD card.

I have run SD Creator on Mac OS 10.11.6.

I successfully created the SD card.

When I have booted the RPi I got the same message as before.

    Thanks for tour help.
