if i connect my HDD and i have a reboot, the system keeps in bios first boot, freeze in the bios options

Hi guys i have a serious problem...

when i plugged my hdd external (usb 3.0) with all my series and films, kodi can't read the HDD...

whats the problem?? because my MAC read and my SONY tb can too.

i have a HDD Seagate 500GB NTFS, and my HTPC is an i3 6100 with Libreelec 7.02
