Yeah, I think these ASUS NUCs could become quite popular. There are a lot of NUC-like clones out there, but ASUS has taken over the manufacturing of the official NUC lineup from Intel, and development of new models like the NUC 14. I chose it because it felt a bit more solid than the NUC-clones regarding quality and support (firmware, etc.).
Anyway, thanks for your help and for your work on LE.
The devil is in the details of what specifically changed on a day-to-day basis. We tend to queue anything majorly distruptive for the start of the release cycle but in recent years even those have been quite smooth. For context, the family daily-driver RPi5 has been running dangerously unstable sounding "pre-alpha" K22 images for more than a year now without any drama. Hopefully K22 will start lurching towards release soon.
Ok thanks! Everything seem to be working nice. Will I be able to enter the stable channel, and update to LE13 via the official update function when its available, even if using a nightly build?

I too bought the ASUS NUC 14 Essentials (N250) as a replacement for an ASUS Chromebox CN60. It will arrive tomorrow and based on this thread I guess i need to install the nightly build of LE13. A question about those builds. Are some more likely to be stable than others, due to some development cycle or similar, or is it random?

Kodi/LibreElec hangs when fast forwarding frequently. This issue has been reproducable for me for a long time and started when I upgraded to a newer version of OpenElec about 1,5 years ago. Sadly I don't remember which version. The issue is reproducable by fast forwarding in the Youtube App (and maybe other apps). It usually happens after around 40-60 fast forwards.
Debug logs are attached. No crash log is created.
Around 21:55:28
- I press the fast forward button
- Problem starts with short audio/video-stutter
- Video freezes and audio stops completely (when this happen the system isn't responding to any remote control commands. When connected via SSH to the box during the freeze, the ls command take around 5 seconds to run.)
Around 21:57:08
- Kodi restarts
I have the setting "Skip delay" set to "None". And the following seek settings in advancedsettings.xml
