    used this in the config file on raspberry pi running OpenElec

    Does the slow/jerky mouse movements occur if using Linux or Windows 10 on a good PC or was it only unique to Raspberry Pi?

    For OpenELEC or just Kodi I had to make a change to some system file to make the mouse act "normal" instead of jerky and extremely hard to use.

    Is this option already enabled in LibreELEC? It had something to do with setting some hidxxxxx = 1 - may have been in a system config file.
