Maybe I should have been more precise about my goal here. I wanted to cast the tablet screen 1:1 to kodi/my tv or at least cast my browser to the raspi/tv so I can browse/ see videos from there. Not so much usage for local media files.

Hello everyone!
I would like to know once and for all if and how it is possible to mirror/cast the screen of my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 in any way to a RPi with LibreElec on it.
I don't want to get another device for the living room again, so no fire tv sticks etc.
Thanks

Is it not possible to disable the auto-update of GFE?

Anyone got it to work with this setup?
- LibreElec 8.2.2
- RPi3
- GFE 3.12.0.84
- GeForce Driver 388.59
- Windows 10 x64
Pairing only worked manually over SSH. Library is available. When starting a game or steam it just goes black.

Hello guys. I am running LibreElec 8.2.2 on RPi3 and have GFE 3.12.0.84 and Geforce Driver 388.59
- LibreElec 8.2.2
- RPi3
- GFE 3.12.0.84
- GeForce Driver 388.59

I installed the last reported working version 107 v2 from zip (which must be the one in the LE repo now). I tried to pair it by running it directly from the Pi. It gives me a code but at the same time it says it failed to pair. On my PC there is no GFE windows popping up to enter the code. Then I tried to pair it via SSH which perfectly worked. I can see my library in Moonlight on my Pi but when I start a game or Steam it goes into a black screen. The older post are suggesting installing the version mentioned above, which I already have installed.
What else can I do?
Thanks
