I have tried everything including a fresh KODI 17.6 install and a reinstall of LibreELEC. Almost everything fails although I was able to install OPENVPN. I was not able to configure IPVANISH thought.I got an error. I can't paste error logs as I get a failure with no description of why. What can I try next?

A few days ago I installed LibreELEC on my Nexbox A95X but I can't do anything else as far as installing necessary addons to use it. The A95X hardware is an aarch64 processor with amlogic S905X. I installed LibreELEC version 8.2.2.3 and I am using the DTB.IMG that was created during the creation step for my sd card. I used the LibreELEC-s905.arm 8.2-8.2.2.3.img.gz file for this step. Should this installation work on my nexbox A95X TV Box? I can't create a log file and I get an invalid format error on all the zip files I have tried. It looks like this will be much faster than the KODI 17.6 that I was using if I can get it to work. I mainly want it for viewing movies.

one of the urls is ** URL REMOVED ** for IPVANISH install

I am new to libreelec so I don't know how to point to the correct zip files, ie. not github. I just typed in the url specified for the addon I want. How do I know if it is from GitHub or some other source? Also I cannot install any of the libreelec tools.

I just installed libreelec 8.2 on my nexbox a95x and I can't seem to get any addons to install, specifically IPVANISH etc.
