Now i have installed an older image 8.0.2 and than i updated to 8.2.2 and this works.

Same problem at my setup.

After a fresh installation from libreelec 8.2.2, i get only a blank screen with a mouse cursor. So SSH is not possible

I hope someone can help me.

My setup:

Mainboard Intel DH77DF

Intel Core i3 Sandybridge

internal pulse eight hdmi cec

internal CIR

i use HDMI on a Sony KDL-40Z5500
