Using KODI 19.5 ... Estuary Skin
Last night I watched TV using my PVR setup. The guide screen displayed 8 channels per page.
This morning (with no changes) the guide is displaying 14 channels per page.
No new updates overnight

Solved !! I restored KODI from my current backup, and now all is fine !
PROBLEM RE-OCCURS OFTEN. Performed restore to fix.
Upgraded to Nexus 11.0 to see if problem is resolved.
Using Kodi 19.4 i tried Bluetooth setup
1. Connected Bluetooth device to speaker jack on Kodi box
2 Enabled Bluetooth in Librelec settings
Bluetooth says no Bluetooth adapter found
Unable to play Amazon Prime Videos. problem stems from either inputstream helper, or a dependency requirement called Widevine.

Banned addons did not cause this issue. I found a workaround to play these music files.
My music files are in the Music folder. If I try to play the files thru KODI folders such as Artist, Album, songs....etc/ they will not play.
If use the path under Music of Music ==> Files ==> Music ==> my album lists are here, and they will play fine
How do I identify banned addons so I can remove them?
These music files played fine under KODI 18
Have tried with no luck:
1. Tried with both VLC and Windows Media Player
2. Tried various skin's, but no luck

I can't find how to set up the custom audio setting from the thread you pointed me to.
The Chrome addon does not play any audio using mKodi 18.3/Librelec
I use an HTPC with Intel I3, using Librelec 9.02 and KODI 18.2.. Visualizations were working ok under Librelec 8.x.x.
