My MXQ box booting only m201d.img and locked RAM 345mb

No way run LibreELEC-S805.arm-8.2-8.2.3.1-MXQ.img or some other firmware with 1gb ram?

After my channels scrambled KODI player freezes 5 - 10 seconds then i can change another channel .
