Then something wrong with your box. The normal boot process (after LE installed once) checks if the sd card (and after the usb drive) is bootable (kernel.img is present) and if not then boots from the internal memory. If something else happens then there something went wrong. Maybe your box has a wrong bootloader.

Ive never tried to update the LE in internal but putting the .tar file and the dtb to the .update folder is the preferred way to update.

It means it has only 1 GB RAM. Several manifacturer put fake RAM chips into their boxes and even prepare the Android to fake the amount of RAM.

To prove it you can run an android app which can reserve memory and you will see it crashes when it is out of the real amount of RAM.

Nothing to do with it. You can buy another one.

Some box and AVR do this together. There is no cure for it as I know.

Something is wrong there.

If I reboot any of my box it boots to LE. The Android is the one which need the trick (boot to LE and then reboot to internal).

You can download the new version directly to the box in the File manager.

Just add /storage/.update and "http://kszaq.libreelec.tv/s905" to sources and you can copy and reboot.

A simple reboot is fine. Or turning off and on.

(This is an LE forum. Android problems on your tv are a little bit irrelevant here, don't you think?)

I have an S912 box and an S905X box right now below my television.

We watching movies on the S905X box. It is flawless with LE. It has 2GB RAM but it could work with 1GB too I'm sure.

The S912 box is better on spec but the LE freezes on it sometimes so I use it only for testing.

The 3GB RAM is unneccesary using LE.
