Had the same problem with my Allwinner H3 Box. (Mxq 4 pro, libretech image). LE repository didn't work (cannot connect ....).
Fortunately I had a backup from LE 11.01 which I could restore.
After that the repository worked again.
Had no problems with a fresh install (LE 11.0.3) on my raspberry 4 2GB.

just bought a Mecool K1 PRO Amlogic S905D DVB-T2 DVB-S2 DVB-C box.
I installed Libreelec on it. Worked great!
Tvheadend found nearly all services with the pre-defined muxes "Unitymedia-Germany.
Only the frequency 114Mhz did not work.
I tried everything, Amplifier, damper, different cables. No success.
I also own a Wetek Play and a RP2 with a cheap China-DVB-C-usb-stick. Both have no problems receiving 114mhz at the same cable.. So I think it is not a weak signal.
I also tried Android 7.1 on the Mecool. Same result. All frequencies are fine except 114Mhz.
Does anybody know if the Availink AVL6862TA tuner is capable of receiving this frequency ?
