My suggestion would be to go to the coreelec download page, select new installation, then select your device from the list. The device tree that is written should be correct, if not, you will see the device trees folder.
If it doesn't boot, select a device tree based on your LAN & RAM

ok so i changed nothing and youtube started to work. The UI is pretty bad though. Twitch is still not working. The wheel is spinning but nothing happens.

That one is for your TV or projector to change its refresh rate (if supported) to whatever the video's rate is.
oh that's why it goes black and then comes back up. But should it be on 'always' or 'start stop' and what about that other AV sync option. Should it be on since the refresh is exactly as the file?
there are 2 options regarding AV sync in kodi. Should i enable them? One has 3 states off/always/ on start stop and the other is enable AV sync. What is the right setting to use? I have 24Hz projector.
I'm using v1.0.6 on my Beelink MXIII II which is also a S905x device. I can always turn ON/OFF the box as well as TV through CEC with one button click on the Beelink remote. When ON the box is turned ON first and after 30 seconds or so, the TV is turned on. When OFF the TV is turned off first and after about 10 seconds the TV box is also turned off. TV remote, however, can't turn on the box though.
i found out when i press Turn off system inside kodi my screen turns off too. That's good enought for me.
Works like a charm on s905x but i wonder can you implement hdmi CEC so i can turn on and off with one button/pilot? That was really useful.
