Okay I am now one step further, I just used the curl commands and got a working bash script.
Now does somebody know how I can execute the script everytime and immediately after a user logs in? Is this even possible to set such a trigger?

I don't know what the hell I am doing wrong but when SSH'ing into LE 9.2 and trying to execute the following command
it just gives me the following output
but then just nothing happens on the system itself.
Allow remote control by programs on this/other systems are both enabled.
Any ideas?
I am using LE 9.2 Generic x64 with the Teleboy PVR Client Addon which has some dependencies on inputstream.adaptive Addon.
Now the problem is that inputstream.adaptive is not starting as it should.
To get the Teleboy PVR Client to work I have to do the following steps everytime I reboot LE:
As you can imagine this is not really an acceptable solution after every reboot. Is there a way I can automate this by a script or something? Any suggestions?
Just one thing: Is it possible to update this addon so that when entering the PIN it is not visible on the screen while I'm entering the pin? At the momentit is shown as clear text so everyone around me can see what I'm entering.
The plan is to set up satellite TV on my Zotac CI323 Nano via USB/satellite adapter on the latest LE 9.2 image. Is this even possible and -if yes- what USB adapter would you guys recommend for this? I am new to satellite technics, moved to a new apartment which has no cable TV but only a big central satellite on the roof top for all apartements which the landlord has installed.
Updated yesterday my Zotac CI323 nano with the generic LE package and everything went good and is running smoothly. Thanks a lot for the hard work, LE developers!
This is active in the 9.2 version of LibreELEC. you will find it under the LibreELEC Settings - under the SYSTEM menu.
Now this is very great news to me. Works like a charm, thanks dude, you can't imagine how hard I was waiting for this! Thank you 1000 times!!!
FYI - PIN lock is now in the Milhouse test builds.
Never heard again about this. May I ask about the current state?
Not sure where's the right place to post this but the link on LibreELEC.tv Preview Builds on this page is broken.
I don't really get it. I understand that this is an alpha build for Raspi Pi 4 but what about this build for generic devices which is available for download too? Is this also in alpha state?

Thanks a lot dude. Hopefully it will be released with LE 9.0.2.
edit4ever had no time yet - also not sure if this is priority for him
Sadly still no news on this with LE 9.0.1
You can also use a 3rd party skin and hide the setting completely, done this for a friend that wife and kids don't kill it
Could be a workaround but experience tells me it's only a question of time until the kids find out it's only a workaround. Google is for everyone and sometimes that's a mess
But thank you very much, didn't think about this. I appreciate it!
I've re-reminded the guilty (self-included) in team chat. Rome wasn't built in a day
I guess some dads and mums out there will be very thankful for this feature as you can imagine
Wow, thanks a lot! IT works. This was a litte bit hidden
Greetings
You're welcome
How did you update the LibreELEC repository? I tried it, but it say nothing to update!?
some hint for me?
thanks a lot
When you are on the main screen:
Click on AddOns and then choose User-Addons and then just click with your remote keyboard or remote control navigation the LEFT button and you will see a window where you can choose "search updates" or something similiar.
Click on it, wait a few seconds and you're good to go.
It has made it on the to-do list of the developer who's been poking at some settings addon refinements and changes. It has not (as of right-now) actually been implemented though, but "Rome wasn't built in a day"
Sadly I did not find anything new about this in today's LE 9.0.0 release. Will this feature come in the future?
