Ok. thanks - so short answer is its not going to work with this machine?

I'm using a Dell OptiPlex 740 with an AMD processor. I downloaded the 32 bit version for Linux. I get the same failure if I run it from the USB drive in Live mode, or from the installed instance on my Hard drive. Here's what I'm getting:
