Good day i have fixed the issue and wanted to share the Fix, i have a USB stick with libreelec installed on it and running it from my laptop and wanted to use my TV as display or when kids watch TV i can still run libreelec off my laptop with no other editing. please find attached file in notepead with my steps i finally got working
