Got back 6 months later accusing somebody in copiing your work. Both sources for Libreelec and OpenPHT are free source project available to public and made available by very talanted programmers free of charge. In the github source I copied there is not a string of your own proprietary source code. Do you find it normal for using Kszaq's and Kwiboo sources? Don't you just copy and compile?

You can manually replace AML-M8AUDIO.conf file by inserting usb/sd card with OpenPHT installed on Linux PC or using Linux Live USB (LinuxMint)

Make sure you change Audio output settings in OpenPHT preferences.

Well. I uploaded tar file for upgrade. I will have a look and try what I can do.

Suspend not working. it was first implemented in LE 8.1.7. OpenPHT based on old 8.0.2e source code.

Well I see you already using it on your box. So it is working. The only trouble is passthrough. I can not test passthrough. No equipment to test this feature on. Try using 8.1 device tree, but it might not be the case.
