Τhere is already a moonlight addon for LibreElec. The problem is that it doesnt work with latest GFE (as we speak GFE: 3.13.1.30) but either in version 3.12.0.84. But it works as expected in previous GFE versions (i dont remember the exact version but i think 3.9.0.97 should do the trick - as long as you don't care about GFE updates).
Any news about addon update? For the time being i use GFE 3.12.0.84 and Moonlight Embedded 2.4.6 ina raspbian jessie image
sixpixel i thing the addon must be updated to 2.4.6. I can confirm irtimmer's latest build (2.4.6) works with GFE 3.12 (3.12.0.84). So we must wait.
Hm i do not use the android app (i only use it on rasp).
For the time (and for the raspi users) the only way to make your addon work with LibreELEC 8.2.3 is to roll back to GFE 3.9.0.97 (maybe there are other gfe versions too but i can't search right now).
I will try to update GFE to 3.12.0.84 and try irtimmer's moonlight embedded (Releases · irtimmer/moonlight-embedded · GitHub)
(i was facing sound stuttering with 2.4.6 version AND GFE 3.9.0.97 in irtimmer's moonlight embedded)
Well. I did use GFE 3.12.0.84, Moonlight Embedded 2.4.6 and a raspbian jessie image. Moonlight worked as expected with no audio stutterings. The reason 4 my stutterings was the fact that i had not oc my raspi 1 model b (i used the built in raspbian's 900 Mhz preset as even in 800Mhz i had sound stutterings).
The strange thing though is that with LE 8.2.3, latest Moonlight addon and GFE 3.9.0.97 i didnt have sound stutterings (even though my pi was only 800 Mhz overclocked). So..i dont know what is happening here.

Thanks dead. Any eta for this?
Anyone got it to work with this setup?
- LibreElec 8.2.2
- RPi3
- GFE 3.12.0.84
- GeForce Driver 388.59
- Windows 10 x64
Pairing only worked manually over SSH. Library is available. When starting a game or steam it just goes black.
I think it s the GFE that broke it somehow. My setup:
LE 8.2.3, rpi1, GFE 3.9.0.97, driver 390.97, win7 --> works
LE 8.2.3, rpi1, GFE 3.12.0.84, driver 390.97, win7 --> doesnt work (black screen).
So?
What i would like to see is a moonlight video calibration (in settings menu before launching the app).
I ve a 21:9 Phillips TV and when moonlight is launched my console image goes off screen in all directions (up, down, left, right). So i would like to see smth like overscan_left/up/right/down #value being implemented (like in Raspbian's /boot/config.txt)
I ve installed moonlight addon (from LE ADDON REPOSITORY, latest update 107) on my rpi3 (with libreelec 8.2.0.1) and it works great:)
NVidia drivers 388.13, GFE: 3.9.0.97
No i does not. But thanks
p.s i think i ve found a way to do it even thought it is not a strict one..
So my question is: if i write the image in my USB stick, must i use an empty sd card+the usb to boot the image in my rpi?
What i want to do is to write LE in my raspberry pi 1, not on my sd card but in my USB instead.
I see that in LibreELEC.USB-SD.Creator.Win32 there is an option "select your USB stick or SD card". So if i write the image in my USB stick, must i use an empty sd card+the usb to boot the image in my rpi? I am a little confused..
