I can't seem to get any Dreamcast games to run on RPi3?
They run but too slow. Basically the included Saturn, Dreamcast and PSP cores are more or less a proof of work for arm based systems and not usable right now either the SBC must have a faster cpu or the emulator has to be drastically improved to get them running on RPi systems.

i was able to modify emulator-frontend.conf so i can pass arguments to emulator-frontend.sh and open the frontend i want (eg. my goal here was to create buttons in Aeon Nox for each frontend so i can set up controllers that dont autoconfgig, etc without another computer (im using generic not arm) and im unable to do so without using emulator-frontend.py, i cant launch systemd-run _script_ in a button apparantly, so as a workaround i copied e-f.py to .storage and modified it like so:Python#!/usr/bin/python import subprocess, sys subprocess.call(["systemd-run", "/usr/bin/emulator-frontend.sh"] + sys.argv[1:])
i was just wondering if in your next build and/or in the 9.0 beta builds you could make a simple change to emulator-frontend.py to pass at least one argument to emulator-frontend.sh as it allows for argument parsing in emulator-frontend.conf.if you know of a more elagant way than my modification to the python script i encorage you to use that instead. i am not proud of how im handling argumentsok now im proud
Just skip the emulator-frontend.conf create a second start script/one for each frontend and create a second python script and link each script to a button. If you need RA then click the RA button if you want to run ES then the ES one or whats the purpose of passing args to that file?

Doesn't really matter for testing purposes. The question is why citra has no sound output while others work.
The problem is that onboard hdmi is not working,the hardware is broken.
Your optical out? The SPDIF could (should) work fine too

The Menu's are to big to fit in the screen, it shows online the bottem of them.
You could try to adjust the DPI to resize the menus:
Btw. your i5 has an IGP & your mainboard a HDMI output so have you treied to run citra without the GTX card? Also it should be possible to output the sound over onboard HDMI and still use the GTX as video output.

About the menues... look at these (crappy) pictures. One shows citra when the TV is set to "nativ" mode and the other is set to "wide-screen" so even without a single changed setting in citra the menues are gone. So I guess the TV itself can be responsible for this.

Anyway delete the file qt-config.ini apply an update so it's restored an default settings and re-run the emulator without altering any config options.
Well only fs-uae / dosbox-sdl2 / emulationstation / moonlight / citra & dolphin use SDL2 sound output. All others use Retroarch that also uses ALSA but that's a diffrent story.
Have you used the default qt-config.ini without changing values? Normally you don't have to change anything in the sound tab. So reset the config, start a game and wait until it should play some sound as changing settings while emulation runs breaks the sound sometimes.

So you use the second HDMI output of your card? Anyway if that's the port your asoud.conf looks fine. If you browse games in Emulationstation do you hear a "click" sound?

In Libreelec 8.2.5 with TVheadend version .112, transcoding works good but after update to .113 transcoding not work anymore.
Now on your build, we only can download the version .115 that trancoding are not work too.
So there are any possibility to get it working in your build? i'm using Asrock J4015M board.
Another thing I noticed in your build was the profile color correction is very dark that comes default, i think is GAMMA correction or simillar.

It should work -> I included the missing libs.
Looks like your TV has a faulty setup. Check your settings for overscan/scaling and make sure your picture size is set to native or pc mode or something similar.
