This option is little vicious. I read the disputation at kodi forum.

Other thing , why DTS-HD and DD TRUE-HD is not recognized ? When i enable this in passtrought, it's the silence.

I must disable to convert these flux in simple DTS or DD.

I bought a asrock j3455-itx motherboard (GPU Intel HD Graphics 500) and i installed first LibreELEC 8.0.2.

After i installed manualy via SSH LibreELEC 8.1.0 BETA to have 4k 10 bit hardware decoding. That work ! Thx.

But i met a other problem on 8.1.0 BETA, the passthrough audio don’t work. All format audio (AC3, DTS, DTS-HD, etc.) is converted to PCM. (Note : Same thing, if passthrough option isn’t selected.)

On the 8.0.2 version, only Dolby Digital and DTS passthrough work other format (DTS-HD, TRUE-HD) is converted to Dolby Digital or DTS, if only passthrough Dolby Digital or DTS is selected. If i selected DTS-HD, TRUE-HD in passtrought menu, I was entitled to silence.

I know that 8.1.0 is a beta version, but why this difference compared to 8.0.2 ?

Is it a configuration problem in Kodi ? Or LibreElec ? Is a driver bug ? Is there a workaround?

Someone can help or explain me?
