with this device tree: gxbb_p200_2G_minix_neo_u1.dtb
This is untested because I don't have Minix U1. Fortunately Minix offered me a free sample and I will have one next week. 
In case the test build doesn't work, you can safely downgrade to 8.0.0c using gxbb_p200_2G_1Gbit_OTG_Port.dtb device tree.
@ Kszaq I don't have the spdif option only. Whould it help if I upload the dtb of my box to see if there is a way to select only spdif? Or to turn off HDMI audio since its using the tv speakers and sound system speakers at the same time.

Could you build a version without the fullhd GUI hack for pictures (I mean when I set 4k resolution the pictures only in full hd resolution after a downsclae and upscale)?
I have a 006 build with this feature, but the new S905X box doesn't work with that.
You put back this hack because the 4k video playing with gui was stuttering.
The whole system is much faster right now then it was in 006 maybe it worth to try.

GUI scaling is not a hack, it's something actually merged for Kodi Leia. GPU is too slow to render 4K at 60Hz and that's why I won't revert that patch, sorry.

This is Android recovery error, not LE error. You should try all install method listed in the thread. And please don't post the same issue in every thread possible, single post is enough, you'll get your answer eventually.

The USB port is underpowered. You have to try using a better power adapter for MK808B+ or use Y cable to power your hard drive.
Now this is the same SD Card and image that works on the first box so that rules out the image or Card as an issue

If the second box came with different Android firmware it has probably a different firmware. My bet is that your second box is S905X and not S905.

For 64bit LE build, in kodi log, I notice LibreELEC Addons repository URL points to aarch64 which, of course, does not exist.
Is there an alternative URL location for LE 8.1 aarch64 addons? And how would I instruct to go look there?
I fear some addons request to install other addons and do not find them.

Try replacing addons URL to something like this: options#L129 and use WP2.
There's really no need to answer the same question 3rd time... I don't know what is "Robert Downey Jr OS". Please carefully read installation notes and try every method.
How is everyone's GUI smoothness in 8.0.0c? Better or no change than in previous builds?
Not every Box with S905X Chipset is affected.
Incorrect. Every box is affected, not every TV is affected. 
T760 libs don't work with T820.
It's noticeable in Kodi GUI. When you start video it goes back to normal, i.e. from the first video you play it's OK.

Not yet.
I've also seen a lot of "frame skips" using 8.0.0b, on a fresh install. Especially when seeking into a file.
I'll post a proper bug report later today.
There will always be skips when seeking because decoder needs to look for a key frame and settle down. After it's settled playback is smooth. I'm very sensitive to frame skips and I haven't seen them in playback since beta6 except for some very specific samples - but this is disclosed in "known issues".

I guess that the company got the code from my Git and compiled it as a fake "official" version. You should be able to use my builds but as kostaman said it's better to first try it from SD card.
