mixir Thanks for notification. As far as I can tell it won't help since PDF with release notes only mention that S905X is supported but I'm downloading now and will check if there's anything useful.

Kszaq dropped my fix for chapter skipping.Unfortunately the patch wasn't working for me, I dropped it because I want to keep close to "stock" Kodi if a patch is not important.

It also means that you have to customize some things to get it fully working on a "random" hardware.

Just tested, working fine with thisThat's great to know, thanks! You can keep using this version instead of 8.0.1k if you want to, the only change is the fix. It'll be of course included in my future builds.

With the new build changing from HD to SD channels causes massive frames skips almost like you are watching a slideshow
Can confirm the issue.
Please try this build: LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.0-devel-2017-05-15.tar -
The awesome build I currently use with Kodi 16.1 was a previous build by kszaq specfic for the beelink minimx III.
Kszaq did you make a specfic build using kodi17 for the beelink? or are they more generic builds now?I have never made any build for a specific device.

The polite Question I have is : is it a feature that can be included in this libreelec Version ?AlexELEC uses my code as a base (and changes commit author as if it was his work), there's nothing to include from it. Perhaps you can try using one of the earlier builds: 8.0.1e or 8.0.1a.
I have no issues with DD/DTS passthough and these are the only formats I can test.

With the new build changing from HD to SD channels causes massive frames skips almost like you are watching a slideshow
Debug Log: cEDGS
Started Channel 4 HD waited a couple of seconds then switched to Channel 4 where the slideshow begins, then switched back to Channel 4 HD which stopped all the frames skips. I didn't get a chance to test the RC releases to see where actually this started to happen
Can confirm the issue. Have TVHeadend running. The Problem occures for me only when switching from HD to SD. It only happens in k version.Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue. I will prepare some builds with reverts to test for you tomorrow.

I can't see any logs in your posts.

tunay In my opinion it's not the case of choosing a device tree. But you ignored my previous answer, I am unable to help.

It should be already supported by mt7601u driver included in my builds.

I suspect that issues with 4K in latest builds may be a result of importing only a part of Nougat kernel code. I have plans to fully switch to it but first I have some playback improvements to test...

In most cases it's slower.

zet2zet Please read this thread: thread-5457.html
And why on Earth do you post the very same post in 3 places? One in more than enough.

No issues reported with 8.0.1k-rc2 = it becomes 8.0.1k.

Yes, you can update from 7.0.3.3c that way. Please remember to make a backup before updating in case you wanted to go back or anything goes wrong.
