some tv boxes have got updates recently that are running at 2ghz (Ugoos AM3 1.1.4 2017.07.07)
S912 real operating frequency is up to 1.5GHz for the big cluster. Everything above is fake, except for Odroid-C2 (S905) which allows proper overclocking.

The box has an AV output which I believe doubles up as SPDIF.
AV output is analog signal only. CVBS + stereo analog audio. Digital audio output should be labelled as SPDIF.

Once you install LE to internal with a standard device tree, updating works as with any other box.
That kind of list is pointless as the Android layout can change from one release to another.
One more thing: Amlogic is only supported in community builds - except official builds for WeTek and Odroid C2. Any Amlogic-related thread should be created in Amlogic subforum.
KEgg I have looked at your device tree and everything regarding Ethernet is the same - actually there are very few differences in whole device tree file. You can try deleting dtb.img from your SD card to use device tree from internal memory but I suspend this won't solve your issue.
autostart.sh has nothing to do with the changes I made:
Minix U9 requires a dedicated device tree to make analog audio output work. I have not yet prepared it.
