renzz Can you confirm that proper colours stay after some time up?

There is no driver for built-in tuners for S805.
-
This is something applied in my S912 to keep GUI fluid with libhybris - CPU is set to run at 1-1.5GHz and GPU at max clock speed.
-
Please try this build with re-added output_rgb parameter. This time it should also force DVI mode:
LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2-devel-20171212221530-r26468-g036acdb.tar
-
Here is a test build that might fix color mode in DVI mode: LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.2-devel-20171212221530-r26468-g036acdb.tar

slowry If you make changes in build.S905*/linux*, you can delete build.S905*/.stamps/linux/* to trigger dirty rebuild.
-
Fredouye It's been reported that DVI mode does not work correctly in latest builds and this will be fixed in 8.2.1.2. I will also try to find out if it's possible to force DVI mode.

agm342 Firmware is not enough, you need a kernel driver. If it's a built-in tuner, I'm afraid there is no support for them in S805 builds.
-
JC66 Do you have Android 7.1.x on internal?
-
I would like to know whether it's feasible to switch to 10-bit mode only for HDR10 content and then switch out of it when you stop playback?
If you ask me personally - I have no idea.
Use what looks better to your eyes.

Has anyone with the issue tried #31?
-
Is wakeonlan supposed to work in these builds?
No, these boxes do not support wake on lan.
-
The most probable reason for above issue is that amlvideodri kernel module is not loaded. Try modprobe amlvideodri before playing anything.
-
afl1 It looks like we should move fbdev_window.h to libhybris.
-
This works only when opengl is changed. But it is necessary build it always when kodi is built. This condition is only for S912 as there is libhybris.
This is not what I experienced. 2 situations I encountered:
- When you change libhybris and kodi, you also have to rebuild opengl-meson.
- If you change only libhybris or kodi, you don't have to rebuild.
Small inconvenience but not that hard if you remember. I don't think I want to dig into this issue.
-
afl1 It should work like this, perhaps not a clean build and that's why you have this issue?

Is Mecool KII PRO one of them?
When I turn the box off, it cuts off USB power.
So shouldn't be one of them, right?
I cannot answer that question as I don't have KII Pro. Maybe someone else can answer. I don't know how cutting off USB power is relevant, I thought this was about powering on by IR remote?
