Fractional frame rates are supported in kernel but you won't see them in GUI - these are handled automatically by kernel when you play a video with fractional frame rate.

Tests result: the reason behind freezing is outdated BL30 blob (a part of u-boot) that causes freezing during saradc initialization (S905 temperature sensor).

I guess I now have 3 ways to go:

• tell users to update their Android firmware - that would leave boxes with outdated/no-newer-version-available firmware frozen
• disable temperature sensor in my builds
• provide additional system image with temperature sensor disabled

Jarvis stays at 1080p even if you play 720p video. At least for me.

Thank you everybody for testing. I have posted one more build to check. This time I enabled temperature sensor as kernel module - I would like to see if you are having issues when it's enabled that way.

Please also check if you're getting a short noise from speakers during LE logo showing on boot - I had this during my testing, maybe it's resolved in this image.

First is Configfiles folder, second root folder of SD card, third remote.conf from internal memory if Android is installed and the file can be retrieved.

Bootloader is provided by device manufacturer, version numbering is also from them. "105L1" and "107L1" are Beelink-specific version numbers. I don't think you can check bootloader version in any reliable way, except when the vendor includes it in bootloader prompt - then you can read it using serial console.

Yeah, I now remember Alex told me about some issues some time ago... I will check if I can modify the driver a bit to make it possible to disable it if the box (or its firmware) doesn't like it.

Inesca Please stick to trying to boot from SD card, this is the safest way to test if my LE build works on your box. Can you please confirm that before you type reboot update the SD card is inserted?

If you wish to install directly to internal memory, you should unzip the contents of the downloaded ZIP file first and choose a file with "-update.zip" suffix in Recovery. Remember to also have the recovery tree renamed to ledtb.img on the SD card.

kino13 This seems to be an issue with HDR TVs, I don't see it. And the issue is present only with S905X because S905 doesn't have HDR output.

We're evaluating if WP2 DVB drivers can be used along with media_build drivers but don't get your hopes high for the moment. Meanwhile you can use Raybuntu's build from WeTek forum.

Sure, take your time. The bug has been there for so long that I prefer to have consistent results.

OP updated with a new build. I reverted all Amlogic-sourced kernel updates that came after 19 Nov - the last build that kostaman told me is working 100%.

Inesca Can you please post a list of files that you have on your SD card/USB disk that you wish to boot from?
