Dont upgrade, do a clean install, lots of changes from your old version, addons and such will probaly not work anymore.

Tv from HDMI0 and soundbar from HDMI1.

I'm having the same trouble using a case (Argon One) that has a passthrough board for both HDMI ports. Even with only my output coming from HDMI 0.
Try without the Argon case, it will probaly work just fine.

A small 12V fan on 5V GPIO or a small 5V fan on 3,3V GPIO is really quiet.

How do you install this?
Drop the .tar in the Update-folder and reboot.

I have a desktop PC that doesn't get much use but I do use it occasionally. It's running Kubuntu. I would like to replace it with a RPI4 that I haven't bought yet. I'd like to have dual screens. Can a RPI4 handle a full blown desktop environment? I have a RPI3 running libreelec and before I was running Raspbian and Chrome was pretty much unusable.
https://ubuntu-mate.org/raspberry-pi/ works pretty good. havent tested it with 2 screens though.

"Because of the end of Python 2 support in 2020, LibreElec version 10 with Kodi 19 switches to Python 3. Therefore, addons created for prior versions with python 2 need to be updated by developers for Kodi 19 because python code is not backward compatible."
