I use LibreElec 804a on ODROID C1+.

I downloaded XXXX zip file as described by XXXX web sight.

How do I make the zip file accessible to KODI 17.3?

I have been trying to update my odroid c1+ Libreelec version 17.1. The C2 fresh install flashes to my sd card but won't work in the odroid.

Is there a version 17.3 img file that works tu upgrade my sd card in my odroid c1?
