New Kernel 4.x.x?
Thank you.
Detalhes
I just tried it and it works fine in libreelec.
how did you friend
say how?
Detalhes
I was successful. I used the commands from the pdf file here:
How to Remote Control Configuration for Dummies Using Windows and SSH - HowTo - CoreELEC Forums
and tested the key commands from the original remote..... here are my files:
all working now on my mecool KI Pro.
sorted out
Thank's for your time
and work
Great job just does not work on Libreelec
Only works with Coreelec
No news
some people here from the forum supported this type of box
These people who could help no longer belong to the forum
Yes friend is a good alternative!
I'm hoping to see a member using Libreelec on KI Pro with Kodi 18
And solve this control problem.
Detalhes
I was just about to edit my reply, I see you are using the Leia nightlies.
Have you tried any of the remote files from the coreelec forum?
LibreELEC 9.0.x Remote files - Remote Controllers - CoreELEC Forums
You never know, one of the other Mecool files might work.
I already tested, friend!
the KIII file
I had already been through your topic.
I have already tested the method quoted dozens of times
I follow closely, follow the steps mentioned
I did not succeed
OK, does the version you are using, use the remote.conf method or the
/storage/.config/rc_keymaps
rc_maps.cfg to /storage/.config method?
Remote.conf method does not work on kodi 18
the second option I tried,
unsuccessfully
Thanks friend already use coreelec in another box
But I am a great admirer of Libreelec!
I like speed, I think, more stable.
I like the work of the team.
I do not want the alternative, I actually want the solution!
Great work chewitt
We have support for DVB-S?
If you can, make friends with the test image!
You can share the test?
KI Pro S905D
Friends
I am tempted for days to put my KI Pro to run the remote control,
unsuccessfully.
I've tried all the methods quoted here in the forum!
I did not get anything.
Sorry for the specific request for help.
This is my last attempt.
Anybody here using the box control?
If yes, say how!
I'm new to work
And it is possible for some developer to facilitate this for beginners!
I missed many hours trying
I followed all the methods
Thanks to anyone who can help!

Está bem
... e a versão da imagem LE precisamos adivinhar ...
A versão 4.18 do kernel está disponível para testes e os detalhes estão disponíveis neste tópico anteriormente, ou você pode encontrar mais detalhes no fórum do Khadas.
Thank you balbes150 for your patience!
my friend without success, I can not boot
I have a mecool (S905D) KI Pro.
I would like to be testing this new kernel as I said before!
I followed some steps of his said in the forum khadas
I tried everything.
any suggestion?
Detalhes
@chwitt You yourself asked to disable the amlgx repository in m'y test images (4.18). Or can I enable it now ?
@chwitt mentioned that if necessary, I can use a share to host images or Addons. I plan to soon master the build of Addons for aarch64 (if I can't get kicked out of the community LE)
Here still waiting for some test image for S905 processor with 4.18 kernel
Are there plans for the same?
Thank you if you can respond!
erbas GXL devices (S905X/D/W/L) have mainline support and we continue to make progress on the display driver and video decoder.
Good to hear that, my friend. chewitt
Where can I find an image with the mainline kernel to test on my device?
Is there any nightly builds or something?
Is it possible to compile with the new kernel?
I found here in the forum a friend using wetek with new kernel!
which is the way to go to see it working!
Good friend, thank you for clarifying everything.
There is proper Linux support for Mali utgard chips (M400/M450) so S905/D/L/X/W etc. are supported in current Alpha releases.
Thank chewitt you for answering!
More than we expect and the same support updated!
My question and the mainline kernel kernel v4.18 is possible for (KI Pro S905D)?
Libreelerc will support it or we can forget it!
Current S912 support depends on a hack using libhybris to work around the lack of Linux libmali blobs that is not acceptable to LE/Kodi staff for official releases; hence there are none (only community efforts). We are assisting and encouraging open-source alternatives to libmali that may allow us to start officially supporting S912 hardware in the future.
And for S905D Like KI Pro
Also unsupport
missing kszaq
I would like to know more about the S905D
Will the mecool line work with the new mainline kernel?
Will we have any support here as before?
Thanks to the whole team.
Detalhes
Update image LE 20180902 kernel 4.18 (for s905x).
Good to know and for S905D KI Pro!
We already have the same kernel?
