The soft link would be /usr/local as a link from /storage/local.

The reason is I want to package a number of other tools and options with the amazing work you have done but in using the squashed fs you eliminated that. I want to sidestep the problem and allow those of us who want to expand what you have done to other deployments.

Is there a way to optionally get a soft-link installed to create a /usr/local pointer in the squashfs image to /storage/local? There are a number of pretty obvious things this enables. And for many of us who want to extend LibreElec it would make things easier.
