Update on this script thing.It works when i reboot the machine but not on a shutdown. I have no idea why.
The broken shutdown is still there.
Try this to determinate what you need to set as the case when you initiate the shutdown (pressing the power off system button)

esacIf it's empty the shutdown.sh was probably never executed.
One more question:What OS kernel version is LE currently using ?

Try the following:
rm -r /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/pvr.vdr.vnsi/
rm -r /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.multimedia.vdr-addon/
rm -r /storage/.kodi/addons/service.multimedia.vdr-addon/
rm -r /storage/.kodi/addons/pvr.vdr.vnsi/this should remove all traces of the add-ons.
Reboot and try to install VDR again.
May I suggest to update your system to at least 14.4. I've seen similar issues with a guy trying to compile OE one month back with Ubuntu 12.4
