- Merged in wrxtasy h265 dynamic_buf_margin (fixes some h265 picture corruption from improper dynamic_buf_margin), and modified vp9 dynamic_buf_margin to fix new corruption from wrxtasy's change.
- Some minor hdmi driver fixes, with most important being properly
setting AVI in case of colorspace correction bypass.

... the first ~8 seconds of the movie video and audio are async. In this short time the movie plays faster to catch up the audio and sync.
Since this bug do not exist on builds <8.0.2a and even on MM builds, I think I have to tell you about it if you not even know about it.
Strange.... For me the IR remote is working fine out of a fresh libreelec installation without remote.conf and on the same MiniMX.
