I see the shut down timer will halt the pi and turn the TV off via cec. Is it possible to get the TV to turn the pi back on via cec? Or does the pi have to be power cycled when it has been shutdown¿

Strangely it has just turned itself and the tv backon while I was googling, why would it have done this and how can I do it on demand?

I know you cant suspend/sleep the pi but is it possible to suspend kodi so that it is not active, contacting servers etc?
