Hevc fix/bug?Am I missing something?Does this mean I can play h265 HD video now on my pi2..struggled with 720 as far as I can remember and never tryed again?
Of course you can play hevc files. And this is the issue found too late: 8.2.0 on rpi2 or rpi3 freezes on hevc playback
Depends how you install on it. It should be using whole disk - storage partition is resized on first boot.

I guess these are affected by the hevc bug.
This is the same as official 8.2.0 + different libcec library. Nothing more, nothing less.
Any plans to fix the CEC bug?
libcec was not bumped so no fix in this release. Only my images

And how did you install hyperion? Because I think it is not libreelec addon but something else - because there is no service.
Try using in file hyperion_switch.sh
/bin/sh /storage/hyperion/bin/hyperiond.sh &How do you start hyperion now? From autostart? What is the command line there (if even)?
Just replace line
/storage/hyperion/bin/hyperiond.sh &with whatever you have to start hyperion.
Seems you don't use hyperion from libreelec because there is no service file.
Try this hyperion_switch.sh then
