I only looked why addon doesn't even load. Didn't check why it crashes with games because I don't use games at all and doesn't have any controller.

Yes, that's better for first time users

Remove do something line and try again. Also be sure that script is UNIX formatted.
Nothing has been changed with this functionality.

From what I see the version 2.0.0.4.116 is already in LibreELEC repo.
But what is strange that it has same bug:
Code08:06:47.563 T:139834346896704 ERROR: AddOnLog: ScummVM: Unable to load: /storage/.kodi/addons/game.libretro.scummvm/game.libretro.scummvm.so: undefined symbol: _ZN3GUI13OptionsDialog5cleanEvAlso size of the library is much different: mine is >30MB, from LE repo ~2MB.
Will investigate later what is going on. Maybe it is be LE addon build environment .

You do know this is support forum for LibreELEC and not CoreELEC?
Anyway, find Locale addon with search function and install it. Maybe your issue will gone.
-
From which repository can I find this Locale addon?
LibreELEC - you can just use search and it will find for you.

while consuming _everything_ we produce and giving _nothing_ back
Well, not true. Let's look this patch drivers/wetek: build open-source dvb driver by afl1 · Pull Request #116 · LibreELEC/linux-amlogic · GitHub
It is even for Wetek who donated to LE but LE ignore things from others.
Also sometimes things come to LE by mysterious ways from CE

unfortunately nothing have really been submitted since the fork.
Why would they? Because major things wouldn't be accepted anyway. So why even bother.

So you have messed up kodi's profile. Good that we identified issue. You will have to install addons and everything else again on new profile or switch back to old one and maybe only reinstall problematic addons.
But still wondering why your paste command don't work...
To switch back to old profile

What about
From what I see DNS resolution works fine (I suspected that's the problem).
I suspect it is something with your setup like bad disk.
Can you post result of command
Then run command after every 30 seconds and check if you get some errors at the end.
Or run this in one terminal

Sorry but there is no indication of any addon use in kodi log. Are you sure you select 'debug logging' in kodi?
What happen when you open youtube or netflix addon? Does it open something?
And can you run this command again? You wrote before it doesn't work?
And what about
do you see with curl web page downloaded?

Enable kodi debug log and open for example youtube addon from kodi. And post the log.
