Seems when playing with BD menus video playing behaves differently.
This fast-forward and fast-backward issue I already noticed. I'm talking with one guy who knows this area little better and he told me that according to Blu-ray specs, players should always support rate 2 (double speed). Higher speeds can also be supported, but isn't required. Not sure why this doesn't work in Kodi.
On "the other forum" user also reported that video was software decoded. When playing without menus they are decoded in hw. Not sure why.
Maybe The team could ask about this issues Kodi devs.

Try to remove this zulu version (which is based on OpenJDK) and install program.java-9.0.101-generic.x86_64.zip with Oracle JRE.
Compare if works better. I don't have much experience except that I see menus
I'm thinking to push the addon to official repo because now I have everything build from sources (except JDK/JRE).

So I tried it on Wetek Play 1 and BD-J menus works. Just like on RPi.

So I found one small ISO (UkkosJourney-BluPlay.iso ~80MB) and BD-J menus are still working on x64 device.
In next few weeks I will try on Amlogic device.

As far as I know, the representative of Beelinc offered CE sample KING, but CE representatives said they need a lot of samples for all developers. This requirement is very similar to the attempt to put obviously impossible requirement that would then hide behind this, why they were not able to release the CE image for King.

Perhaps for this reason CE do not want to engage in Beelink King (s922).
If you can't read on CE forum what is the reason to not support this device (yet) with "old" kernel it is your fault. If you don't understand ask someone to translate the reason to your language.

Does this mean that those applications don't have support for ipv6?
Probably. You can check that in source code. Or maybe ipv6 is disabled on start and only ipv4 is used.

Try adding this two rules (first one is for dhcp, second one is for icmp):
