There is no person who could actually do extra work for imx6. Maybe this will change in future. That's why this build will not be officially supported by libreelec.
There has been progress made in last couple of days which could bring this build to new level.

I think for starters I will make community builds with this feature and later we can move forward.
I have only two special LVDS displays which are working ootb and for all others some manual config must be made.

Yes, there will still be builds for imx6. But probably community type.

My tslib approach should still work. But needs manual build.
